Michael Rubinstein, MD, FACC

With more than 25 years practicing cardiology in Baltimore, MD, Dr. Rubinstein brings a high level of experience in quality patient care to Valley View. While in Baltimore, he served as director of cardiac prevention at Union Memorial Hospital and chief of cardiology at Bon Secours Hospital. Since 2008, Dr. Rubinstein has provided personalized care to patients in the Roaring Fork Valley. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease and has a special interest in the early detection of coronary artery disease and the prevention of heart attack. Dr. Rubinstein is most interested in practicing collaborative care with patients – explaining clinical situations in clear terms and encouraging ongoing communication to develop a relationship with patients, helping them maximize their heart health, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
